We typically ship via USPS on small items while larger shipments will typically be UPS Ground. After your project is complete or your online order has been placed, we will send you an email with a tracking number and shipping time. Please inform us of any special circumstances or if you're in Upstate NY and would like to possibly pick up your project personally.
If you purchase a product from our online store and don't like it, you have 14 days from receiving it to send it back, unused and undamaged, for a full refund. Customers are responsible for shipping.
If you purchase a product or commission a custom project and it arrives defective, broken, damaged, or otherwise unusable, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll get a replacement out ASAP.
If you commission a custom project, we will send you photos before shipping to make sure you're happy with it. If you are unsatisfied with the product, there will be a materials/labor fee associated with having a new version commissioned. This fee is based on each project individually.
Payment can be made with cash (if you're picking up in person), with a credit card, or PayPal. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express.
